GUIDELINE FOR ABSTRACTS
- As per the constitution of NSSI, only Life Members, Associate Members, or Allied Members of the society are eligible to present a paper during the conference. (Note: Only invited foreign faculty are exempted from this requirement.)
- Each member delegate attending the annual conference is allowed to present a maximum of two platform (oral) papers, and one poster or e-poster.
- Annual Members of NSSI are eligible to present their papers only in the Free Paper Session of the annual conference
AWARD PAPER SESSION
- Only Life Members of NSSI (including Life, Associate, and Allied Members) are eligible to participate in the Award Paper session.
Participation & Award Distribution Criteria
- If less than 10 papers are submitted, only one (First) award will be given.
- If 10 to 14 papers are submitted, two awards will be given (First and second).
- If 15 or more papers are submitted, three awards will be given First, Second, and Third).
- A candidate is permitted to present only one paper in the Award Session. However, they may additionally present one poster in the same session.
- One session will be for poster presentation.
- The organizing secretary will ensure that all presenters are Life, Associate, and Allied Members of the society.
- The results of the Award Session will be announced at the Valedictory Function.
- All award winners must be present during the function to receive their awards
- A dedicated separate session will be held for:
- Young Neurosurgeons
- Residents
- Allied Members (including neuro nurses and others)
- A separate session will also be conducted for Poster Presentations.
