For the NSSICON QUIZ there will be a Prelim Online Round comprising of written multiple-choice questions. This competition is essentially for Neurosurgery students (first, second, third year) from Entire India. All teaching neurosurgery departments (MCH/DNB) across India will be included.

The following steps may be kindly be noted to participate.

  • Conference Registration is Mandatory
  • For Registration click on this Link: nssicon2026bbsr.com/registration/
  • To Participate in Quiz Register – CLOSED
  • After registration for qiuz, u will be sent an unique id and password to ur registered mail id.
  • U can use this id n password to open the quiz session and start appearing online prelimnary quiz on designates days.

Nssicon Quiz Rounds:

  • Online round comprises of 20 MCQs, which are to be attempted in 15minutes only. After 15minutes of start your questions will be closed automatically.
  • Though there are 3 similar sessions on 6th , 7th or 8th february from 8am to 9pm, you can appear only once in any of the session as per your convenience.

Rules for the Online Screening round:

  • Number of MCQs: 20
  • Time allotted: 15 minutes
  • Use of Laptop or Desktop is highly recommended over any mobile or tablet device.
  • Standard browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox & Apple Safari are recommended.
  • You can attempt the quiz in any of the session between 6th to 8th february.
  • Once you begin the quiz you will not be allowed to re-attempt, even if you leave it midway. High bandwidth internet connectivity is best suited for a Quiz, ensuring the same shall remain solely, your responsibility.
  • Each correct answer will fetch you +4 points
  • There will be negative score of -1 for each wrong answer
  • If there is a tie in the Elimination Round score, time taken to complete the quiz will be considered (Fastest Finger First). If there is a tie even after the timings, seniority in the Neurosurgery course will be considered. If 2 tied participants have the same seniority, date of birth criteria will be considered (senior candidate will be given a higher position).
  • Exciting prizes
  • Top 10 scorers will move to Final Round at Bhubaneswar, Odisha

The winner’s name and prizes will be announced during the Felicitation Ceremony
