Registration Guidelines

  • Registration is mandatory for registration in Workshop.
  • Please provide your membership number (NSSICON Registration No.) for our reference. (only for NSSI Members)
  • Registration fees include Kit, admission to the Scientific Hall, Trade Exhibition, Inaugural Function, Lunch, Dinner and etc.
  • Provide us your updated email id & mobile no.it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • It is mandatory for all Delegates to carry their photo id (Government approved) for smooth registration procedure.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at the official email address: [email protected].

  • Refunds will be processed as per the schedule outlined below:
  • Up to 15th July 2025 – 100% refund of the registration fee.
  • From 16th July 2025 to 30th September 2025 – 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • From 1st October 2025 to 30th November 2025 – 25% refund of the registration fee.
  • From 1st December 2025 onwards – No refund will be applicable.

 

All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the conclusion of the conference, in accordance with the above rules.

As the President Founder Committee of NSSI, I am deeply gratified to witness the society’s remarkable growth and its steadfast commitment to advancing the field of neurosurgery in India. The NSSI has grown steadily over the past 14 years into a dynamic platform for academic exchange, surgical skill enhancement and professional camaraderie.
 
Our 14th conference promises to continue this legacy with a meticulously curated scientific program that includes lectures, hands-on workshops, panel discussions, and case-based sessions covering the entire spectrum of neurosurgery. Our focus is not only on the advancement of neurosurgical techniques but also on young neurosurgeons to take the lead in shaping the future of our specialty.
